. .
Basic Applications
  • Plastic composite bags
Test the compression resistance of various plastic films, aluminum plastic composite films, paper plastic composite films, aluminum films and other packaging bags
  • Creep test
Including various packaging bags and boxes
  • Flexible tubes
Including various flexible tubes used in everyday chemical products and other industries, for example, flexible tubes of toothpaste, cosmetics, face cream, food and pharmaceutics
  • Creep to failure test
Including a variety of packaging bags and boxes
Extended Applications
  • Burst test of blister packs
Including a variety of blister packs
  • Aerosol valves
Test seal performance of a range of aerosol valves, for example, vales of pesticide, auto spray paint, hair spray and medical spray packages
  • Three-sided sealing materials
Test withstand pressurization stress of packaging bags with three-sided seal and one-sided open
  • High pressure test
The highest test pressure could reach 1.6 MPa
  • Pilfer-proof closures
Test seal performance of a variety of pilfer-proof closures, for example, closures used in packages of Coke, edible oil, mineral water, beverage, sauce (vinegar, soy and cooking wine), three-piece cans (beverage and beer), and paper cans (cylinder shape for potato chips )
