Two-in-One Fluorescence and Absorbance Measurements
This innovative spectrometer allows the measurement of both fluorescence and absorbance, and can also be used either just as fluorometer, or as UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer for absorbance measurement
Duetta has an automatic real time Inner Filter Effect (IFE) correction for both Primary and Secondary IFE, which is especially important for obtaining a true molecular fingerprint with simultaneous measurement.
A new fingerprinting technique, called A-TEEM, combines Absorbance-Transmission and EEM (excitation−emission matrix).
Fast and Accurate
Duetta is equipped with State-of-the-art Charge Coupled Device (CCD Detector) instead of traditionally used photomultiplier tubes (PMT) for fluorescence detection.
This technology allows detection of entire fluorescence spectrum in just a millisecond. A full 3D fluorescence EEM can be acquired in less than a second.
CCD detector also extends NIR wavelength detection to 1100 nm.
Entire wavelength range of Duetta is from 250 nm to 1100 nm for UV-Vis-NIR Fluorescence detection.
The highest level of florescence sensitivity allows accurate measurement even for low concentration samples.
Touch-Screen Software EzSpecTM
Another innovation from Horiba Scientific embedded in Duetta is touch-screen software interface with selection of Apps for routine analysis.
