The Thermo Scientific Talos F200i S/TEM has been designed for multi-discipline and multi-user environments. It is also perfect for non-skilled users. The Thermo Scientific™ Velox™ user interface provided in the system is instantly familiar as it is shared across all Thermo Scientific TEM platforms. All TEM daily tunings are automated to ensure the ideal and most reproducible configuration. This automation simplifies the learning curve for non-professional operators, minimizes tensions in a multi-user environment, and enhances time-to-data for the highly skilled operator. To allow chemical analysis to be performed, a side-entry retractable Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) detector can be added to the set-up.
