Inline Imaging

The sample automatically moves under the optical profilometer and develops a 3D stitched image. The optical profilometer is specially enhanced for scratch test. The head allows measurement of steep scratch slopes, transparent coatings (glass etc.) and measure volume wear, roughness, method of failure etc. with sub-nm resolution.
