Measuring Oxygen in Hazardous Areas — Process Oxygen Analyzers

The GPR-2800 range of process oxygen analyzers enables measurements from 0%–1% up to 0%–25% O2 in hazardous areas. In combination with Analytical Industries’ modular sample system, the gas analyzer will surely be appropriate for a majority of the installations for demanding oxygen analysis and will satisfy the requirements of process customers across the globe.

The proprietary long-life oxygen sensor technology from Analytical Industries enables a maintenance-free sensor operation of up to 32 months for low cost of ownership. The well-recognized and industry-certified electrochemical gas sensor quality guarantees the reliability of oxygen content measurements even in environments containing high carbon dioxide levels.

  • Four measurement ranges of 0%–1%, 0%–5%, 0%–10%, and 0%–25% O2
  • Sample in CO2 backgrounds with XLT sensor
  • Optional liquid drain option for the removal of entrained liquids
  • ATEX or UL certified for use in hazardous areas
  • Easy-to-use HMI
  • Low maintenance with an average sensor life of about 32 months (for GPR sensor)
  • Optional Modbus communications
