The VISTA has 3 UV LED lamps that provide a pure weight light with hand held operation and a changeable lens. The UV light system adheres to ASTM E3022 and, like all lamps from Baugh & Weedon, the Vista contains a UV Filter.
The VISTA can be used to take HD images and videos during inspection for data collection and reporting using its 12.8 MP camera. The system uses a smart operating system, which uses Android 4.4 technology, allowing the sending of data via WiFi, Bluetooth or Micro-USB.
Lamps in the VISTA range can be ran from mains power or from batteries. When using battery operation, the remaining power is displayed using a battery life indicator, helping to avoid unnecessary downtime.

The Opus is a mains-operated LED UV lamp that uses 4 LEDs to produce intense UV-A (365 nm) radiation. The system also contains a white light LED, which allows rapid changing between flaw detection and fluorescent inspection modes.
The Opus is produced for the visual analysis of cracks, surface defects and inclusion defects in the NDT space. In addition, the lamp is also capable of determining if rinsing has been carried out effectively for NDT inspections.
The LEDs produce UV light between the wavelengths 365 and 370 nm with peak emission at around 365 nm, within the UV-A range. A novel mechanical cooling system is used to keep LEDs cool during their operation, ensuring emission remains optimum over extended periods of use.

The OPUS-A (aerospace) model also adheres to Airbus ATIM6-1001 and Rolls Royce RRES 90061.
The portable LED UV inspection lamps in the Iris series produce intense UV-A (365 nm) light using 3 LEDs, with an additional white light LED for rapid switching between flaw location and fluorescent inspection modes.
The lamp produces a large, continuous beam that can be used either on a lab bench or in the field. All of the lamps have a black light filter.
The compact and durable casing of models in the Iris range also hold a temperature monitor and laser pointer. The system’s light intensity can be easily adjusted and everything can be powered either by battery or from the mains. The system functions when exposed to strong magnetic fields due to a full solid-state circuit.

The IRIS-4500 (aerospace) model also adheres to Airbus AITM6-1001 and Rolls Royce RRES 90061.
UV lamps in the Spirit series are light, small-form UV lamp systems that are certified as explosion proof (Ex, RoHS, CE). The Spirit series provides very fine and intense light with a 365 nm peak emission using four UV-A (365 nm) LEDs, alongside a white light LED, to give a consistent light source.
Spirit lamps can illuminate a wide area of up to 160 mm with a UV-A intensity of at least 1,200 μW/cm2. Black light filters are included in every lamp in the Spirit series.

The ST-30 lamp adheres to Airbus AITM6 – 1001 and Rolls Royce RRES 90061. This lamp has 2 high-power UV LEDs, each with their own black light filter, and 1 white LED. Available in mains power or battery power models.
The ST-30BEX is a battery-powered version of the Spirit which is certified as explosion proof.
