These static grounding reels are perfect for use in ground support for refineries, terminals¸ aircraft, and bulk powder transfer stations. The newly designed stainless steel reels from Hunter Spring provide improved protection in adverse, combustible dust, and outdoor environments. They can also be used in food and pharmaceutical applications where paint and surface coatings are forbidden.
All heavy-duty ML-3416 and ML-2930 models from Hunter Spring are integrated with an internal retraction brake that slows down the cable’s retraction speed between 2 and 7 ft/second.
Heavy-Duty Reels
The heavy-duty reels include Hunter Spring’s SPIR’ATOR prestressed power spring and are available in lengths of 50, 75, and 100 ft. The company’s patented latch mechanism can hold the cable at any required length. It requires only a mild tug on.
