Stensborg’s X29 is an acrylate-based quick UV curing resin, optimized for use with the Roll-2-Roll (R2R) and Roll-2-Plate (R2P) micro/nano imprint holoprinters available from Stensborg.
Product Features
This product has been developed as a high-viscosity, quick curing resin. The X29 can be utilized with LEDs (365–405 nm) and iron-doped mercury lamps.
Technical Data Sheet of X29

~20 mJ/cm2 |
Suggested Applications
Designed as a demold resin for creating replications on the DeskTop holoprinter, the X29 resin functions well with replication resins such as X30, and imprint resins such as DM41, DM56, and DM57.
Substrates
After curing, the X29 resin binds to an extensive range of substrates such as PET. It should be observed that the treatment of substrate surface or lack of treatment can affect the adhesion properties of X29.
Storage and Handling
Handling
Suitable protective gear, including protective goggles and gloves, must always be worn while handling the X29 resin. Moreover, usual procedures for treating chemicals should also be followed as per the resin’s material safety data sheet (MSDS).
Storage
If the X29 resin is stored in its original container and protected from direct sunlight at temperatures ranging from 5 °C to 25 °C, its shelf life will be a minimum of 12 months from the manufacturing date.
