The Cooled qVGA SWIR InGaAs Camera from Photonic Science is equipped with unique InGaAs focal plane arrays and key features with low defective pixel count and low dark current.
With its stable offset and efficient cooling, the InGaAs camera enables reproducible acquisition for accurate metrology measurements in the SWIR spectrum.
Gigabit Ethernet Vision- and Camera Link-compliant interface allows simple integration into present systems. InGaAs sensors with a resolution of 320 x 256 are available with prolonged spectral response ranging up to 2.2 μm
OEM versions with unique form factors and cooling options are available for integration into particular systems or instruments.
