The Sentinel Blackbelt Pro™ from Cincinnati Test Systems is the next-generation multi-port, multi-test, multi-channel test instrument. This system controls and performs asynchronous or synchronous four-part tests, at different stations and all within the control of a single Blackbelt Pro instrument. The Sentinel Blackbelt Pro™ is compatible with 21 CFR Part 11 or EU Annex 11 standard.

Multi-Channel Blackbelt Pro Test Instrument Improves Productivity

During manufacturing and testing of products, mass flow and pressure or vacuum decay leak testing methods are employed to evaluate leakage rates and confirm the integrity of sealed components.

Such non-destructive tests are employed across different industries and are crucial for quality control as well as compliance with safety standards.

But attempts to handle numerous tests can slow down the production as users try to track and examine data on individual leak testing systems.

Multi-channel test instrumentation allows users to simplify automated and manual leak testing processes by offering up to four individual tests in one completely integrated unit. Such leak testing systems save users both time and space by enabling them to carry out and handle different kinds of leak tests across their production line.
