HA and HA-V2 Rolled Copper Foils

Treated Rolled Copper is a tough pitch copper foil from JX Nippon Mining & Metals.

The characteristics of HA/HA-V2 foil are significantly enhanced when compared to usually rolled copper foil via adjustments to the grain size and crystallographic orientation.

Surface Treatment

  • Fine and low roughness treatment achieves improved adhesion property to resin
