AFM Probe Performance Using Herzan Vibration Isolation systems

This video taken on the third floor lab at the University of Wisconsin shows the images of AFM probe under normal environmental conditions such as using a Herzan TS-150 vibration isolation solution, using an optical table and without vibration isolation.

The amount of noise that reaches the AFM probe tip was captured and imaged using interferometry.
