Asylum Research’s High Speed Piezoresponse Force Microscopy of PPLN

This video shows Asylum Research’s high speed functional imaging piezoresponse force microscopy of Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate. The wafer is poled with strong electric field to produce a homogeneously poled substrate. To print a mask of parallel stripes on one side of the wafer, a single lithographic photomask is used.
