Quality Control for Automotive and Aerospace Heat Treatment
Heat treatment factories where large amounts of samples are processed usually have their bottleneck in its quality control processes that are mandatory for the production release of manufactured components. Thus, the execution of such processes and the verification of the desired quality metrics need to be as efficient as possible to not shut production lines down and to confirm the achieved product properties such as surface hardness, case hardened depth, qualitative and quantitative image analysis for checking the carbon content and distribution in the microstructure.
