Ipsen U has formed a new layout for its program. This approach follows a modular format, which calls for multiple instructors to provide their expert knowledge about the furnaces. They will impart information on how the furnaces can help the attendees in improving their processes. The participants will be able to interact with the instructors and experts to get their doubts and questions answered. Customers are provided direct access to the tools required for furnace maintenance to enable them to have a real-time experience.

Ipsen U held the latest session in its Cherry Valley, Illinois facility from 6 to 8, August, where 16 customers enrolled. Ipsen U is continuing to evolve its training courses to best address the requirements of its customers. An attendee of the latest session states that the Ipsen-U course helped in gaining an improved understanding of the working of furnaces.

The Ipsen U course covers various topics on vacuum furnace. It commences with an introduction to vacuum furnaces and heat treatment, and continues to discuss about the necessity for vacuum, furnace sub-systems, furnace components, maintenance and troubleshooting of furnaces, detection of leaks, surveys, and various other topics.

The next session is scheduled to be held 16-18, October 2012.
