Innovnano, an expert manufacturer of high performance ceramic powders, has announced the launch of a new website to showcase its zirconia powder range.
The powders have applications across a number of advanced industries, such as structural ceramics, refractories, energy materials and thermal barrier coatings. The new website has been designed to be fully responsive so that all of the technical content and product and application information is accessible via tablets and smartphones.
The Resource Centre on the new website includes articles and technical papers written by Innovnano scientists to explain its proprietary manufacturing technology – Emulsion Detonation Synthesis (EDS). This process ensures Innovnano’s nanostructured ceramic powders benefit from enhanced mechanical and thermal properties, which are also outlined in the product information pages on the new website.
3 mol % YSZ (3YSZ) from Innovnano produces ceramic components with exceptional wear-resistance, high flexural strength, and excellent fracture toughness. 4 mol % YSZ (4YSZ) powders and suspensions produce high quality thermal barrier coatings with thermal shock resistance and low thermal conductivity. Innovnano also produces research grade AZO sputtering targets that offer improved thermal and mechanical properties for the deposition of high performance coatings and thin films (eg. transparent conducting oxides). Its monoclinic zirconia is used as a sintering additive for applications in refractories, providing superior sintering characteristics to ensure refractory strength, high temperature resilience, and superior component longevity.
We are delighted with the new website and hope it will provide our customers with easy access to detailed product and technical information on our powders and their advanced applications. To celebrate the launch, we are offering new customers the chance to receive a trial sample of the powder of their choice. To take advantage, please visit our new website (www.innovnano-materials.com) and contact us using the online form.
