Formulaction presented a study on the preparation of nanoparticle dispersion in cell culture media and its impact on stability/dosimetry prior to toxicological studies. It shows the "best practice" and guidelines for the preparation of the stock solution. Characterizations have been done on native samples to evaluate the particle size, agglomeration state, sedimentation rate and delivered dose as a function of time thanks to the Turbiscan® technology. 
The case study will showcase our solution to characterize diserpsions (stability, sedimentation, redispersion, packing…) based on Static Multiple Light Scattering technology - Turbiscan®.
