Please tell us a bit about your company and why you are attending Sensors Expo & Conference 2018?
Apple Rubber are a molder of rubber products who provide both custom and off the shelf seals and solutions. Our products are used to seal sensors away from water and the weather.
What makes your products unique?
We specialize in micro-molding, which allows us to build really small parts for the sealing of microsensors. We sell a lot of micro O-ring sizes, and we can also custom mold some micro sizes. It is this that makes us unique.
What application areas do your products apply to?
As O-rings are so universal we work in every industry. We work across the board from power gen to automotive to food processing.
What do you want to get out of the conference over the next couple of days?
We want to see how rubber components are used in the industry and to see if there are any specialty products that they're looking for which we can develop and help with.
