Introduction

High strength yellow brass – copper casting alloy UNS C86500 is a cast alloy consisting mainly if copper and zinc. UNS C86500 is preferred by architects for its color and longevity. The lead in the alloy gives it a golden color where as the manganese gives chocolate brown color.
