Introduction

Aluminium / Aluminum alloys have strong corrosion resistance characteristics and high electrical conductivity. These alloys are sensitive to high temperatures ranging between 200 and 250°C (392 and 482°F) and tend to lose their strength. They are good low-temperature alloys and gain strength when exposed to subzero temperatures.

Aluminium / Aluminum 5086 alloy is a high strength structural alloy. The following datasheet provides an overview of Aluminium / Aluminum 5086 alloy.
