RTP Company Signs Distribution Agreement with NCM

RTP Company has announced the signing of a distribution agreement with NCM the leading distributor of engineering materials in China. The agreement names NCM as RTP Company's primary distributor for the China market.

"NCM extends our coverage area throughout China," stated Tom Cordes, RTP Company's Director of Sales in Asia. "They can support us in the major regions such as Shanghai and Guangzhou, but they have offices throughout China giving us coverage our direct sales force just cannot achieve."

RTP Company recently announced that it will open a new manufacturing facility in China during the fourth quarter of 2005. The operation, located in the Suzhou Industrial Park, will offer a full array of compounding capabilities and enable the company to better serve its growing Asian customer base and global OEMs.

NCM Polymer Co., Ltd. is a major distributor of medium & high-end polymer and semi-finished products with annual sales of 1.2 billion RMB. It was formerly the Guangzhou branch of China New Chemical Material Company. Now, it has 22 sales offices all over China. With a staff of 600 people, supported by a Technical Center in Changshu, the company serves 13,000 customers.

RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, is a global leader in specialty compounding. The company has seven manufacturing plants on three continents, plus sales representatives throughout North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific.
