DuPont Engineering Showcases Polymers

DuPont Engineering Polymers recently completed a successful exhibition at ISPO Summer '05, held in Munich, Germany. Highlights at the DuPont booth included the launch of the Night Hawk CS inline skate from Fila Skates, which benefits from a new and innovative steering technology to increase maneuverability. Three components used in the system are made from DuPont™ Zytel® nylon to provide performance at a more affordable price.

Other products featured were the Pedalite, a patent-protected, non battery-dependent bicycle pedal light incorporating three DuPont engineering polymers, and the latest telescopic trekking poles from Italian company Masters. The poles use DuPont materials for their excellent overall performance at trekking temperatures as low as negative 50 °C.
