220-CM12-C16 and 220-CM19-C16 - Circular Miniature Feedthroughs

Circular Miniature Feedthroughs available from Allectra come in two different versions and enable a high density of contacts over a small space. For a DN16CF Flange, 12- and 19-pin versions are available.

The air side connector is screwed onto the feedthrough. A comprehensive shielding is provided by an optional metal housing that includes strain relief. On the vacuum side, a PEEK connector with crimp-pins is mounted. It is also possible to solder the pins.

These feedthroughs are provided not only on KF25 and CF16 flanges and their bigger variants but also on custom and ISO-K flanges. Also available are weldable versions with 21.2 mm ø. It is feasible to mount CM feedthroughs in combination with other types (high voltage, coaxial, etc.).
