About the Webinar Speakers

Mari Matsushita has a background in the semiconductor and online business sectors, and has been active in the battery industry since 2020. In 2024, she launched a consulting firm that partners with seasoned battery experts to support established companies newly entering the battery sector. Drawing on collective expertise, she is also exploring ways to apply generative AI to battery manufacturing.

Sampada Khopkar is an Assistant Manager at Shimadzu Analytical India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyzers, Thermal Analyzers, and TOC instruments. She holds a Master’s degree in Bioanalytical Sciences from Mumbai University and brings over 15 years of experience in the analytical instrumentation industry. At Shimadzu, she is responsible for business development and application support across India, contributing to the growth and adoption of advanced analytical solutions.

Kenneth Lee holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). With over 15 years of experience in materials testing and characterization, he currently oversees product management for Shimadzu testing machines across the ASEAN region, India and South Asia.
