Dow Corning Cleared of Plastic Patent Infringement

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has dismissed Dow Corning from a patent infringement lawsuit it had previously filed against Dow Corning and other manufacturers of molded tubing assemblies. Dow Corning presented evidence to Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics that it was not infringing upon Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics’ intellectual property. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics subsequently filed paperwork with the court to dismiss Dow Corning from the lawsuit.
