Nordson MARCH, a worldwide leader in plasma cleaning and treatment equipment, and plasma applications technology, has announced that it will showcase equipment at three trade shows during this month.
The company will also explain how to carry out various critical plasma treatment applications in the assembly of light emitting diodes (LED), wafer level packaging, micro-electro mechanical (MEMS) devices and semiconductor packages.
Support engineers and product specialists will discuss about the demands of plasma system for use in necessary applications like descum, die attach, dielectric etching, photo-resist, stripping and wire bonding, at all the three trade shows.
The three trade shows are Philippine Semiconductor and Electronics (PSECE), JPCA / JISSO PROTEC and LED Lighting Taiwan / Photonics Festival, wherein the first show will take place from 6 to 8 June, 2012, in Pasay City, Manila, the second show from 13 to 15 June, 2012 in Tokyo, Japan and the third show from 13 to 15 June, 2012 in Taipei, Taiwan.
