Acoustical Surfaces (ASI), a company specializing in soundproofing and noise control, has introduced a new spray-on sound deadener product in the market. This product is known as Coat of Silence, which is an easy-to-use spray-on wall paint. This product reduces common area noise and also suppresses mid–range sounds.

An easy to use spray on sound deadener for all types of interior sound reduction projects

This product adopts a two-step base coat and finish coat system, which can be directly applied to both new constructions and existing structures. The product is inexpensive, fire retardant and mold resistant and also needs only one person for application, thus minimizing labor costs.

JR Anderson, President of ASI, stated that the Coat of Silence would be a famous product. The lab testing results have increased the excitement within their company and he believes that the market is ready for this product.

The spray-on sound deadener paint can be used in hotels, hospitals, condos, schools, home media rooms, apartments, retail centers, construction, offices, etc. It is advised that only painting and coatings professionals and persons having airless spray application experience should use this product.

The documentation including technical statistics and testing about the sound deadening paint can be found at the ASI Coat of Silence spray-on sound reducing coating product page.
