Precision Particle Characterization with Desktop SEM

Thermo Scientific ParticleMetric is an application designed for the analysis of particles.

First, images are acquired using the SEM. Second, images are analyzed in ParticleMetric. For each particle, the software calculates multiple physical properties, and the user can generate graphs. Finally, a report is generated automatically when the user saves the data.

Phenom ParticleMetric Software enables fast and easy access to particle information, thereby facilitating quality control and R&D.
