The Vortex-d range is a fundamental motorised torque test system used to measure rotary and static torque up to 10N.m, and integrates with Mecmesin's universal display to ensure precise and consistent results. The keypad design is such that testing is rapid and simplified. A large-sized LCD screen shows clearly clockwise or anti-clockwise speeds and displacement data. There is an option to choose between 1.5, 6 and 10 N.m transducers that can be interchanged easily in order to precisely evaluate between sensitive and powerful applications. Speeds can be adjusted in tiny increments, then this function can be locked to prevent sudden adjustment before as well as during the test. Set loads can be applied to evaluate child-resistant closures. Export data can be exported to a PC for additional analysis and reporting.
