The Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 250 identifies the "mid-ranking private businesses that are rising to the challenging market conditions."
It ranks the top 250 companies by sales, highlighting those that are "leading the recovery" by including only those businesses which have increased revenues or, where sales have decreased, have boosted their operating profits
The report also showcases the work of these successful businesses, stating they are proving to be both innovative and ambitious during the current economic downturn.
