Instron Launches The ElectroPlus, a New Family of Electrodynamic Test Instruments

Instron, a leading provider of testing equipment solutions designed to evaluate mechanical properties of materials and components, introduces ElectroPuls, an innovative new family of electrodynamic test instruments.

The ElectroPuls systems incorporate state-of-the-art and patent-pending technologies that can perform both static and dynamic testing of a wide variety of materials and components. The instruments are powered from a single-phase electrical supply, are entirely air-cooled and feature the latest testing technologies: T-slot table for flexible test setups, electrically operated crosshead lifts and host of other user-orientated features.

A comprehensive market analysis guided the significant development and testing process, resulting in two different system capacities, the E1000 (1000 N) and E3000 (3000 N). The models have been designed to meet the demands of laboratories that require hassle-free installation, high performance, robustness and flexibility in their test systems.
