Bodycote Materials Testing Acquires LawLabs

Law Laboratories (LawLabs), the respected independent consultancy and laboratory service providers to the food, retail and consumer goods industries, has been acquired by Bodycote Materials Testing.

Bodycote Materials Testing is one of the world leading providers of materials testing services currently operating throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America. It is a major sub-contract service organisation, with over 53 facilities in 10 countries providing testing services to a wide range of industries, including the food, aerospace, manufacturing, rail and utilities among many others.

Bodycote already operates successful food testing laboratories in Canada and the Middle East and acquisition of LawLabs will enable the company to strengthen its expertise in this field.

Law Laboratories will continue to operate as normal from its current locations and with its existing management team, within the Health Sciences Division of Bodycote.

LawLabs' Managing director James Williams said:
