Servomex’s focus is on delivering a bespoke solution to each customer, catering to a range of requirements from a single gas analyzer and sampling system to a series of gas analyzers working together in an air-conditioned shelter.
A Diverse Portfolio of Gas Analysis Solutions
The company’s range of products includes its SERVOTOUGH range, which has been designed and manufactured to meet the challenges associated with hot and hazardous gas analysis environments.

Servomex’s ongoing sustainability program has seen the company commit to reaching net zero carbon across its organizations by 2030 and across its value chain by 2040. This work is being undertaken as part of a coordinated effort across the entire Spectris group.
The establishment of partnerships with leading organizations such as EcoAct and EcoVadis has enabled Servomex to validate the effectiveness of its sustainability program and net-zero targets, in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Servomex, recently spoke with gasworld, outlining the group’s net zero goals: “The headline of the Spectris sustainability mission is to achieve Net Zero targets, which everyone has signed up to in order to get our Scope 1 and 2 emissions down to Net Zero by 2030 and get our Scope 3 emissions down to Net Zero by 2040.”
In recent years, the company’s sustainability efforts have yielded positive results, with Servomex receiving 2 Gold Star ratings from EcoVadis, placing it in the top 7 % of the 100,000 companies listed.
This focus on reducing emissions is linked to some of the company’s biggest customers’ ongoing efforts to reach net zero, the urgency of which is increasing as 2030 and 2050 become ever closer.
Pillars of Sustainability
Servomex’s sustainability strategy focuses on three key pillars: Environment, Operational, and People.
The Environment pillar is focused on achieving net-zero targets, encompassing the need to sign up to the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). This requires mandatory reporting in order to assess a business’s resilience to the impact of climate change.
This pillar also includes an initiative called ‘Green Teams,’ which aims to minimize energy waste and increase awareness of ways to do so.
Servomex continues, “Green Teams make sure that you engage the workforce to come up with ideas to minimize waste, to minimize electricity consumption because a lot of people want to do this and at home you don’t have a great deal of opportunity.”
