Salazar Resources Announces Commencement of Metallurgical Test Work

Salazar Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SRL)(FRANKFURT:CCG) - Mr. Fredy Salazar, President and CEO, is pleased to announce that the Company has commissioned G & T Metallurgical Services Ltd. (G&T) to carry out metallurgical test work on its Curipamba project.

G&T was incorporated in Kamloops B.C., in 1990, and operates a modern, well-equipped mineral processing research and development complex. G&T is highly regarded in the mining industry and offer a wide range of services to assist major to junior mining companies in developing milling processes or improving the efficiencies of existing processes.

The Company has selected Mr. Kevin Scott, P. Eng., Principal Metallurgist with Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates (RPA), to oversee this work. Scott Wilson RPA is part of Scott Wilson Mining and is based in Toronto with offices in Canada, the United Kingdom, China, and Zambia. Scott Wilson RPA provides major mining companies, junior mining and exploration companies, financial institutions, governments and law firms with strategic advice and solutions to challenges, through people experienced in all aspects of the development and operation of mining projects.

Mr. Salazar said, "We are very pleased to have retained these key consultants to assist us in this very important aspect of our ongoing work programs. The drilling program continues to return positive results and at this time it is appropriate to initiate this test work."
