Addivant™ USA, LLC, the global leader in specialty additives, will exhibit in Booth E 68 during Feiplastic 2013, 17th International Plastic Trade Fair, a global meeting of industry leaders to be held from May 20th-24th at Anhembi Exhibition Pavilion, São Paulo, Brazil.
The event is key to Addivant’s launch, after recently announcing new ownership and identity. Addivant’s launch includes enlarging facilities, broadening product offerings and strengthening innovation.
Addivant, the only producer of antioxidants in Brazil, plans further investment in Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, with the objective of ensuring product supply and the latest innovation for its customers locally, in these fast growing regions. In its effort to position itself closer to its customers and deliver the highest level of support to its worldwide base, Addivant is expanding its existing technical sales force, distributor relationships and highly trained additives R&D team.

New Products
The Feiplastic audience will be one of the first to learn about POLYBOND® 6009 and POLYBOND® 6029, Addivant’s innovative new polymer modifier products derived from renewable resources. POLYBOND® 6009 and POLYBOND® 6029 act as coupling agents or compatibilizers in formulations where high renewable content raw materials are preferred.
POLYBOND® 6009 and POLYBOND® 6029 do not use petroleum-based feedstocks and contain greater than 95% renewable content raw materials. The launch of these new innovative product grades complement a growing portfolio of Addivant additives developed from renewable resources, including the cutting-edge GENOX® high performance, phenol-free stabilizer, derived from rapeseed oil. GENOX® functions as both a primary and secondary antioxidant to offer exceptional melt flow properties and color protection during polyolefin processing.
