Materials Testing Equipment Manufacturer
ADMET is a leading provider of universal testing systems for tension, compression, flexure, torsion and biaxial testing. We offer universal testing solutions in applications ranging from concrete to biomedical tissue adhesives.
ADMET offer a full range of test systems with capacities from 50 grams to 600kN; capable of both static and fatigue testing to 20 Hz. We also provide grips, fixtures and accessories including fluid baths, heating and cooling systems to meet a diverse set of testing requirements. ADMET's on-site service and calibration team includes over 100 individuals in over 40 locations. We also offer web based and on-site training.
ADMET testing systems, from frame to controller, are designed to exceed ASTM accuracy standards. All ADMET systems feature an industry best 8khz servo update loop rate to ensure accurate and repeatable static and dynamic fatigue testing. MTESTQuattro®, our most advanced testing controller, is a PC-based unit that offers a wide range of flexibility in control, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting. Its unique design and flexible interface makes MTESTQuattro® ideal for new and retrofit installations of virtually any load frame regardless of age, manufacturer or machine type.
Leading companies, universities, government agencies, and research laboratories have trusted ADMET to provide them with universal testing solutions. Featuring simple yet sophisticated designs, ADMET testing systems are engineered to be virtually maintenance free. If you do encounter a problem, your mind will be at ease knowing that every ADMET system includes free lifetime support. All ADMET machines and controllers are thoroughly tested by our engineering team for their intended use; the software algorithms are validated regularly with third party data files to ensure accuracy.
ADMET systems are easy to install and use. We offer compact frames to satisfy any space requirements and our service team will be there every step of the way, either by phone, on the web, or in person, to help you get your system up and running. Whether you choose a PC–based or standalone touch panel controller, creating test profiles requires just a few quick steps. Test profiles can be saved allowing for quick and repeatable testing.
Taller, shorter, wider, faster, slower: Our engineering group will configure a design to meet your specifications. Most ADMET frames and controllers are capable of performing a variety of tests, allowing you to measure numerous mechanical properties on one system. In addition, a second actuator can also be added for performing biaxial tests.
