Scaling High-Pressure Homogenization

Genizer's equipment is designed to serve clients at every stage of their journey, from initial research in academic labs to full-scale manufacturing. That is why its high-pressure homogenization systems are designed for scalability, allowing users to move from development to production without switching platforms.

NanoGenizer

The NanoGenizer, Genizer's most popular model, is small enough to fit on a workbench under 28 inches (70 cm). The Nanogenizer's maximum flow rate is 100 mL/minute, and its maximum pressure is 45,000 psi. It is suited for use in R&D, labs, and small-scale manufacturing.

The NanoGenizer is quiet and easy to use. It is also available in Dual and Quad versions for more capacity, and the NanoGenizer and larger units include a MixGenizer for in-chamber mixing.

UltraGenizer

The UltraGenizer is a half-step above the NanoGenizer. The UltraGenizer has the unusual ability to achieve 60,000 psi. At 30 kpsi, it can create 25 L/hour. It also has an extended runtime of four to six hours, significantly increasing processing capacity.

PilotGenizer and ProdGenizer

The PilotGenizer and ProdGenizer are the next additions to the range, meant to scale beyond the Ultra. The PilotGenizer can handle up to 30 L/hour, while the ProdGenizer can achieve 40 L/hour at 30,000 psi.

Both versions have longer runtimes than the Ultra, making them suitable for continuous, large-scale manufacturing.

WillNano

The WillNano ManuGenizer series is ideal for manufacturing needs. It supports up to four pumps to achieve the desired flow rate. At 30 kpsi, these machines can create up to 480 L per hour. If this is not enough, there are always additional options.
