The Hydrogen Generator for Producing Ultra-High Purity Hydrogen

Hydrogen C-Series generators produce ultra-high purity hydrogen for a wide range of applications using Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) cell stack and PSA technology. Some of these applications include energy storage, hydrogenation, semiconductor fabrication and materials processing.

Extreme purity and composition certainty are achieved with minimal maintenance by these generators. The Hydrogen C-Series benefits hydrogen users by improving supply reliability and site safety, while at the same time reducing hydrogen storage space.
