Master Bond Launch Chemical Resistant, Two Component Epoxy

Featuring excellent physical strength properties, Master Bond EP30M4LV is well suited for bonding, sealing and coating applications.

This two part epoxy also offers superior electrical insulation properties, a low viscosity and lower exotherm, which makes it ideal for a variety of moderately sized potting and encapsulation applications. EP30M4LV is widely used in the aerospace, OEM, electronic, electrical and electro-optic industries.

In addition to delivering superb physical and electrical properties, EP30M4LV resists a number of chemicals such as water, acids, bases, fuels and oils, along with many strong solvents. Some of the potent chemicals it can resist include:

  • Skydrol
  • Xylene
  • Sulfuric acid (70%)
  • Sulfuric acid (98%)
  • Sodium hydroxide (50%)
  • Bleach

Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -80°F to +250°F, EP30M4LV cures at ambient temperatures or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. While it can be formulated in many different colors, the standard colors for Parts A and B are clear and amber, respectively.
