Ambrell To Exhibit At FABTECH 2013

Ambrell, an Ameritherm company and a leading manufacturer of induction heating systems, will exhibit at FABTECH 2013.

The event will take place November 18-21 in Chicago, IL at the McCormick Place and Ambrell representatives will be present in booth S2320. At the booth, an induction heating demonstration will be offered that illustrates how eVIEW induction heating software benefits clients. Additionally, automation partner Nutek Industrial Systems will be present.

FABTECH is an annual manufacturing technology show, catering to markets such as aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, mining/construction and more. Ambrell has extensive experience helping companies in the aforementioned markets with heating applications such as brake rotor coating curing, preheating cylinder liners for insertion into aluminum engine blocks, drill bit preheating for insert brazing, preheating for forging and much, much more.

Induction heating is a rapid, efficient, controllable, non-contact method of heating electrically conductive materials. Nonconductive materials can also be heated with a conductive susceptor. Systems often require less of a footprint than other heating methods; especially when one considers that the coil and workhead can be placed away from the induction power supply.

Ambrell manufactures a wide range of high and low frequency induction heating systems, ranging from 1 kW to 1.2 MW. Systems are manufactured at its Scottsville, NY USA headquarters. The cornerstone of the Ambrell experience is its applications testing. The Ambrell Applications Lab will test the client’s application and recommend the right system based on their process requirements.

“We’re looking forward to exhibiting at FABTECH once again,” said Tom Dickerson, Director of Sales. “We look forward to seeing our current customers at the show, and showing new customers how our solutions can help increase their productivity.”
