The acquisition expands PAC’s capabilities in ASTM-regulated fuel testing and strengthens its portfolio supporting jet fuel and diesel certification. Emcee’s technologies are widely used in fuel qualification workflows, where precision, reliability, and regulatory compliance are critical.

By adding Emcee’s water separability and conductivity analyzers, PAC enhances its coverage of key ASTM methods and broadens its ability to support customers across laboratory and field applications globally.

“Emcee has built a strong reputation for technical excellence in fuel testing,” said Eric Jackson, President of PAC. “This acquisition strengthens our position in critical fuel testing applications and expands the solutions we can deliver to customers worldwide.”

“PAC shares our commitment to precision and compliance,” said Allan Barberio, General Manager of Emcee. “This partnership allows us to build on our legacy while continuing to deliver the performance and reliability our customers expect.”

Customers will benefit from continued product availability and service continuity, expanded access to complementary fuel testing technologies, and enhanced global service and support. Emcee will retain its brand identity as a PAC sub-brand and continue operating from Venice, Florida.
