As laboratories increasingly seek easier access to data and more streamlined workflows, IONIC brings together the simplicity of standalone operation with the connectivity and user experience expected from today's technology.
"IONIC represents a new approach to standalone titration," said Ed Colihan, President and CEO of Metrohm USA. "We've combined our market-leading analytical performance with a user experience that more closely resembles what our customers are used to from their personal devices. The result is a platform that makes titration easier to work with today while giving laboratories greater flexibility for the future."
Designed for Intuitive Operation
At the center of the IONIC experience is an industry-leading 10-inch touchscreen. Users can build methods with drag-and-drop functionality, access frequently used workflows with a single touch, and navigate using familiar swipe and zoom gestures, making everyday interaction with the instrument simpler and more intuitive.
Connected Without a Computer
IONIC features an integrated mobile communication module that connects the titrator directly to the Metrohm Data Service without requiring a separate computer. Through the secure cloud environment, laboratories can access and share titration data and methods through a web browser while receiving status notifications on mobile devices.
Metrohm Performance and Flexibility
IONIC supports potentiometric and Karl Fischer titration in a compact, modular platform that can be configured with additional dosing and measuring capabilities as laboratory needs evolve. The new Dosino Module provides a dosing resolution of 250,000 pulses, supporting highly precise liquid handling across a wide range of titration applications.
With IONIC, Metrohm brings a more intuitive and connected experience to standalone titration while maintaining the analytical performance laboratories expect.
