The 2060 Process Analyzer is an online wet chemistry analyzer designed for a wide range of applications. It introduces a new modularity concept built around a central platform known as the “basic cabinet.”

The basic cabinet is divided into two sections. The upper section houses a touchscreen interface and an industrial PC, while the lower section contains the flexible wet part where the hardware for the analytical procedures is installed.

If the capacity of the basic wet part is insufficient to address a specific analytical requirement, the system can be expanded with up to four additional wet part cabinets, providing the space needed to handle even the most demanding applications. These additional cabinets can be configured so that each wet part cabinet is paired with a reagent cabinet featuring integrated, non-contact level detection, further enhancing analyzer uptime.

The 2060 Process Analyzer supports a range of wet-chemistry techniques, including titration, Karl Fischer titration, photometry, direct measurement, and standard-addition methods.

To meet diverse project requirements, sample preconditioning systems can be supplied to ensure a reliable, robust analytical solution. Available options include cooling or heating, pressure reduction and degassing, filtration, and many other forms of sample preparation tailored to specific process needs.
