The Zwick Aflow extrusion plastometer was developed especially for laboratories with high specimen throughput and therefore features robust design and convenient operation. The instrument supports all common worldwide standards, including ISO 1133 and ASTM D 1238. The Aflow extrusion plastometer is used for the determination of melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR) according to the methods A, B, C and D.
