The ARMATEX® Q Refractory Coated Fabrics and Tapes produced by Mid-Mountain are coated fabrics made up of differing substrates impregnated with a proprietary refractory coating that significantly improves the chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and temperature resistance of the substrate.

The ARMATEX® Q Refractory Coated Fabrics have been mainly developed for use as curtains, blankets, and high-temperature-resistant seals but are also employed in an extensive range of industries for heat-resistant applications, as well as applications where abrasion resistance and chemical resistance are needed.

The ARMATEX® Q Coated Q-Tape is magnificent for use in the aluminum industry as top, bottom, and side seals on aluminum reduction shields, doors, and cell hoods.
