ZCL Composites Acqire Mocoat

ZCL Composites, a Canadian manufacturer of liquid storage tanks has just completed its acquisition of Mocoat Services, also based in Canada. The purchase cost ZCL US$1.25 million, with the final part of the transaction to be made on October 31, 2002.

Mocoat provide corrosion prevention solutions to the oil and gas industry and manufacture tank linings of secondary containment systems (SCS), for which they have a patent pending

The merger will provide ZCL with a platform to promote their tank lining systems as the preferred method for upgrading single walled storage tanks in the nort American region.
