Ambrell to Highlight Induction Heating and Automation Systems at Heat Treat 2013

Ambrell will exhibit at Heat Treat 2013 on September 17-18, held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN. At the event, robotics from Nutek Industrial Systems will be shown -- a tube will be heated by an EASYHEAT induction heating system and then unloaded by the robot.

Tooling from Induction Tooling (ITI) will also be on display. Finally, a newly designed modular EKOHEAT will be exhibited. Ambrell's EKOHEAT line now offers power up to 1.2 MW, enabling the product line to address higher power heat treating applications. Ambrell has helped clients with a wide range of heat treating applications, including annealing, tempering, through hardening and case hardening. Free parts testing is available, which helps ensure that the system a client purchases perfectly meets their process requirements. The Ambrell Hardening Team enables clients to receive a complete solution from companies who are truly experts in their respective fields.

Ambrell supplies the induction heating solutions, ITI offers tooling, and Nutek provides automation. And, the solution is offered through a single point of contact. Now there's no reason to settle for limited expertise in an effort to buy from a single supplier. Ambrell has installed over 10,000 systems in more than 50 countries. Systems are manufactured in Scottsville, NY USA in an ISO-certified facility. Be sure to visit Ambrell in booth 2102 at the show.
