UV Curable Conformal Coatings

For intricate parts with shadowed-out areas, we also offer special "dual cure" coatings which cure with UV light and with the addition of heat. Grades vary in viscosity, cure speed, flexibility, chemical and temperature resistance, electrical properties, color, etc. Special formulations are non-yellowing, optically clear, cryogenically serviceable, repairable and have exceptional dielectric properties.
