One Component Snap Cure Adhesive

Master Bond Inc. single component EP17HT-3 epoxy adhesive cures in 2-3 minutes at 250-300°F. It requires no mixing and is capable of service up to 400°F. 100% reactive EP17HT-3 contains no solvents or diluents. It has an “unlimited” pot life at room temperature. EP17HT-3 can be cured in sections up to 1/4 inch thick. It sets up in 20-30 seconds at 250-300°F.

This product has outstanding physical strength properties and is resistant to thermal cycling. It also has superb electrical insulation properties. Its volume resistivity is > 1014 ohm-cm. EP17HT-3 has a tensile strength > 8,000 psi and a Shore D hardness of > 85.
