Recticel Expands Roof Insulation Market with New Acquisition

On 26 September 2007 RECTICEL announced that it had signed a letter of intent with regard tothe acquisition of Gradient Ltd. in the United Kingdom (Wolverhampton)

The definitiveagreements have been concluded on 1 April 2008. Gradient, which employs about 25 people,operates mainly in the insulation flat roof market and realised in 2007 a turnover of EUR 6.4million (5 million £). As from 1 April 2008 the results of Gradient will be integrated into the
construction insulation division figures of the Recticel Group.”
